It was very comfortable - Sam, who was standing in at reception because of staff sickness, was great and showed us a better room for not much more, which we took. She then showed up the next morning organising and cooking breakfast! Dinner and breakfast were good value. Parking was easy at the front of the hotel.

Stayed a night before taking ferry to Orkney. Staff very helpful. Excellent meal and a packed lunch given instead of breakfast as we were leaving early. Parking onsite as well.
