the beds were honestly like clouds and so soft. we had our best nights sleep there of the whole time in Georgia. they were great! so lovely that they provide a bottle of wine as a gift and the kitchen actually had everything you needed!

Friendly staff, and very helpful. We were greeted with smile which honestly we found it's not usual case in Georgia. Location was nice, had access to mini kitchen where we could wash our infant dishes. Great view to end the day and wake up to it. Great location to go to Gveleti waterfall hike, sno, Dariali monastry after short drive.

It is a very quiet village in a small valley and a great place to stay away from the crowds as there are only several guest houses near and only one small marketplace. For starters, you can climb the mountain which is right next to the village. Most of the other main trails start a dozen or so kilometers away from here, so it is a good idea to come with a car. Alternatively you can use a taxi service to get from the village to the trails and vice versa.
