Every part of the stay was fabulous. The room I stayed in was really nice, renovated, with good furniture and beautiful design. Cleanliness is top, every inch of the house is super clean. And you get much more than you pay for.
The hosts are amazing, especially, the lady I had the most communication with- Mrs. Nazi, who is very kind, sweet and caring person. She was always ready to help and asked herself if she could help me in any way. It was really pleasant to communicate with her. So the house has this very family-like, pleasant vibe. I'm very content and would advise other travelers to stay here or locals from Tbilisi, who want to relax for several days.

Their breakfast starts at 9AM & they offer a good breakfast with amazing view of the city. They even provide us a pack food if your are going for an early tour. Situated in a prime location, very close to old town & the hotel provided easy access to nearby attractions and transportation hubs, making my exploration of the area hassle-free. Staff members were incredibly courteous and attentive throughout our stay. While the hotel exudes charm, some areas felt a bit outdated. Modernizing certain aspects of the property could enhance the overall guest experience like the tv is not working properly. In today's digital age, access to streaming services like Netflix has become an expectation for many travelers. Unfortunately, this amenity was not available during my stay, which was a minor inconvenience. Overall our experience at the hotel was largely positive, thanks to the amazing view from our room, convenient location, and great service. I would still recommend this hotel to others seeking a comfortable and welcoming stay.

The hotel: the staff, you can feel that they care for your comfortable vacation. they are so welcoming, especially the lady with short haircut whose name I cant remember, let us know every detail about the hotel when we called for information, then when we arrived, she met us with a warm welcome and said they could upgrade us so we could stay on the upper floor, bigger hotel room, not a budget one that we have booked. Other members of the staff were also very helpful, with smile on their faces everywhere: in the gaming zone, in the reception, the building itself: facilities:indoor swimming pool with outdoor terrace with a beautiful garden and comfy outdoor furniture. Pool is crystal clean, water temperature is warm enough to enjoy swimming even from the first seconds. What is also very important: nobody interrupts you while enjoying your vacation: no loud sounds, you have all the privacy, so you can relax.
You have so many things to do here! Even if the weather is bad, you can enjoy your stay:
Gaming space: Billiards, bowling, air hockey, table tennis, virtual games, cinema, indoor swimming pool with window on a part of its ceiling, terrace with beautiful garden and nice, not very loud music.
Beautiful nature near the hotel: central park is on walking distance (although not very comfortable walk as it is on the central road), but when you come to the park, you can enjoy the forrest-like quiet park with big trees🌲🌲, children can enjoy climbing and other facilities, football stadium.
