The location was excellent, 10 mins from Fiskado, 2 mins to 3 local tavernas. View from the pool and balcony was incredible. Staff could not do enough for us. Due to the small size of the hotel the vast majority of the time we had the pool area to ourselves which was wonderful, so quiet. Ice cream they serve at the bar is delicious!

The view was great over towards Ithaca but unfortunately it was partly obscured on several days due to the Saharan sand. There was plenty of room for us but we were just 4 persons. There was a private balcony for sunbathing. You are not overlooked by other villas and it is very quiet. Mimi resolved minor problems quickly. Foki beach although not great is walkable and the restaurant there is basic but good value. We didn't eat in any cooked meals but there looked to be everything you need to do so. The showers were powerful and plentiful as were the wardrobes for your clothes.

Panos and his staff made us feel very at home instantaneously. The villa was beautiful, so comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast every morning was stunning too! Our stay here ensured we made the most of Assos and all it has to offer, we felt so relaxed and didn't want to leave. We will back for sure, could not recommend highly enough.
