Perfect in every way. Rooms were clean and comfortable, serviced every day, including toiletries and bottles of water. Staff were very helpful and professional. Breakfast was wonderful... lots of choice and constantly replenished. Pool area small but lovely. We also used the gym. Hotel is located 2 minutes' walk to busy/central area, and less than 10 minutes to harbour. Would 100% recommend.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location, much nicer than I expected! Walking distance to restaurants and on the harbour. The rooms were well appointed, with a lovely balcony.

We stayed here our last 2 days on Crete. What can we tell you about this hotel, what other people didnt? Nice hotel? YES! Great location? YES! Comfortable? YES! Stunning view on the harbour & sunset? YES YES YES!!! but in our opinion what makes this hotel special are there people who worked there!! Starting with the owner (we are so sorry,but we forgot your name). So friendly, so polite, gave us recommendation for restaurant, we had a short and nice chat. Valeria: So friendly&helpful, she helped us when we arrived, told us everything we need to know, what to do. Gina, Gina, Gina,...what a beautiful soul you are!!
