Breakfast was Okish, wasn’t expecting cooked, but glasses was dirty, white powdery stains at the bottom, milk warm so cereal wasn’t pleasant to eat, home made pancakes but cold. Location ok, close to beach, long walk to main town but knew this at the time of booking so you’ll need some sort of transport.

We liked the hotel a lot , music was played by the pool but if you wanted a nice relaxing time there was 2 other amazing pools with the sea view and no music was played. Little super market right by the hotel , very good prices.
Not many families with children so it was so nice for adults.
Great staff , very friendly and smiley.
Food lovely . much to choose from. Lovely vegetarian options too.

Tigaki is easy to access by public buses.
Tigaki is easy to access by public buses. If you are visiting with a tour, you will be picked up and dropped off to your hotel. There are variety of choices for beaches and dinner. However, there was not enough traditional things to discover. You may think hiring a car or joining a tour for discovering other parts of the island. Tigaki is located at north and depending on the weather, you may face with waves rather than a smooth sea. In this case, you may choose to swim at the south.

I loved the town in the evening ,easy to find a beautiful place to sit ,eat and watch the sunset. The Hamam area with the dancing fountain is beatiful by day but wonderfully illuminated in the evening.
Good food is served all day, you can always find what you want. .Some lovely gift shops ,well stocked supermarket.
The local people are very happy to chat ,nothing seems too much trouble for them, very welcoming.
Just outside Tigaki is Erikas, a stables, where you can horse ride or like me just go there to stroke the beautiful horses and see the other animals .Good cafe there very reasonable and a childrens play area.

Our biggest problem was the food.
Our biggest problem was the food.
All inclusive is hard to please everyone.
German and Dutch etc orientated.
Cannot fault the staff from old to young, beginning of the day till the end were great.
Beer etc was OK.
Great small hotel. Very friendly staff. Very nice self service breakfast. We were only here a day as easyjet messed us around requiring a hotel for just one day, but the staff were very nice. A 1.5 litre bottle of water (you can't drink the two water in Kos) is good value. Had a nice pizza for lunch. Very very nice Greek taverna right next door of you want to eat somewhere else. Rooms are a bit tight for 4, quite narrow, but this is a 3 star. WiFi worked everywhere and was powerful and free. Free floats, balls etc at pool
The hotel is beautiful, very clean, new and staff is very friendly! Staff was very attentive and willing to help us sort out every question, Katerina was very helpful and welcoming and it felt like a very lux experience. The beach is not too far out, and we enjoyed stepping out to this as well! Every meal had plenty of vegetarian options, and there was a decent variety between the meals throughout the days.
We really enjoyed our week stay here. The pool facilities were clean and spacious with plenty of sun loungers. The bar staff and waiting staff were always friendly and polite. Helpful receptionists - I informed them that the hair dryer wasn't working and they brought me another one straight away. The location is also convenient for the beach and the bus stop into Kos Town. Very peaceful and slept well.
owner has a gun and threatened me and my arabic friend even after we paid him €300 for 2 nights and he called police - he; Michael and his wife Georgia are racist and money hungry - these are not normal greek people; I am greek and been in Greece 7 years; do not support this family - they are racists and threaten you with a gun!!! a loaded gun!!!!!
We had perfect days at Aktis Dimis and would definetly recommend the hotel to anyone! The location is perfect, only a few meters from Tigaki Beach. The staff is a highlight of the hotel, everyone is incredibly nice and ready to help with anything. We were very happy to have chosen the hotel and already looking forwarrd to come back!
Lovely family run hotel, beautiful views, great pool, exceptional value for money, excellent food, the best olives I've ever tasted grown at the hotel, greek breakfast is superb. Chrysoula who dealt with check in and runs the bar / food area was great, so friendly and helpful. All in all a great holiday and will definitely return.
Keep in mind this is a budget option, so dont expect 5 star hotel. Yet, it has everything u need. Basic kitchen but good enough to prepare fried eggs. Surprisingly good (and clean) swimming pool. Little walk to the beach (between 5-10) min.
Plenty of shops and restaurants on the way to the beach.
The hotel itself is fine if not the wind. It is located in a quiet area, close to several tavernas and supermarkets. The staff is very friendly. Both Ms. Maria and the gentlement who takes care of the garden were very kind and supportive. The facilities are also good, nothing to complain about.
Lovely little apartment with perfect facilities for what you need. There is a pool with plenty of sun loungers and also it is situated right on the beach. The bus to Tigaki/Kos town is directly outside which is very handy! Maria was so friendly and the apartment was cleaned daily :)
Nice acommodation with good position in Tigaki. Tradicionaly Greece studios - who know - small bathroom and shower, some insects, simply design and poor kitchenette... but all works and definitelly we like it. Pool is bonus, we didnt use, but was clean, bar was fine, nice garden.
Close to the sandy beach and the centre of Tigaki was just a short walk away. Nice quiet area . Good breakfast served by friendly helpful staff. The rooms were spotless clean with a lovely view of the pool, garden and sea. Will definately stay here again when visiting Kos.
The villas are very beautiful and clean. Check-in went smooth and fast. The hosts did their best to make our stay fun and memorable. Breakfast was good. Their boat service is a MUST BOOK experience, with Andreas. Nancy and Louise took great care of us. Thank you!!
Very charming hotel, super friendly and attentive staff, great recommendations for restaurants nearby, walking distance to the beach, not so crowded. Definitely a much better choice than the huge all inclusive resorts.
great staff especially the kids club and the animation team naomi and chiara
a short drive to fabulous restaurants and beautiful Tigaki beach. my kids loved the nightly show and begged to come in from dinner early.
Very clean and modern, amazing amenities, they gave us a 10% off coupon to use at one of their many restaurants in the town (all in the same street), 3 min walk to the beach, great location and easy access.
The family that runs the hotel was very polite and cares a lot for their guests. Close to the sandy beach and restaurants of Tigaki. Breakfast was very good.
