Perfect in every way. Rooms were clean and comfortable, serviced every day, including toiletries and bottles of water. Staff were very helpful and professional. Breakfast was wonderful... lots of choice and constantly replenished. Pool area small but lovely. We also used the gym. Hotel is located 2 minutes' walk to busy/central area, and less than 10 minutes to harbour. Would 100% recommend.

Room only. The manager was excellent- advised on best parking, local amenities etc. room spotless with complimentary water, hairdryer etc.
terrace great for people watching. Weekly market happens on a Saturday below you. Really interesting and a local miracle of logistics. Midnight: Road full of cars. 6am. No cars, covered stalls throughout the street.

Yerolakkos is a wonderful villa in a very rural setting managed by the charming Sofia - who made the entire process simple and pleasant. If you are looking for wild nights on the town this is probably not for you (but I guess you know that already). Instead, it's set in a truly idyllic location with a short drive to a local village (a couple of decent restaurants with huge portions) and a 25 minute drive over a small but quite steep mountain to Chania. The villa itself is beautifully maintained with a lovely pool and outdoor seating area. We loved it!
