This house is a real gem. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay: air conditioning works well (one bedroom is without, however); airy kitchen/dining/living area with dishwasher and large fridge; large capacity washing machine in the main bathroom; and a fully equipped market about 100m away for groceries. Very pleasant beach about 10 minutes away in Amarynthos. Plus, we were welcomed by the hosts's mother who baked us a fresh spinach-cheese pie! Such a lovely touch. Although a bit off the beaten track, would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Avantis was for our second week in Greece. Tempels and historic sites we did in the first week near Athens. We enjoyed during our week stay at Avantis the beach, bar, and pool the most. Breakfast was good and the lunches (13-16:00) were delicious and were our dinners.

Our room was both clean and quiet. After a long drive we certainly wanted the latter and the hotel listened! Being ‘all inclusive’ was a bonus. The food was good and range of drinks adequate. The pool was lovely and well managed with an efficient lifeguard. There were many French people staying during our visit and the entertainment provided was conducted in French. The ‘entertainers’ did the utmost to include us which we greatly appreciated. I’m very pleased we stayed here and would again!
