They recently renovated their hotel and their rooms are now completely modern. I had a pleasent relaxing stay and really enjoyed their wellness space. The hotel is located right next to the sea, to access the beach you need to go down some stairs. The parking was free. The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious and smelled very nice. Breakfast was simple but good value for the price. For people coming by car, it's good to know that the road to the hotel is a bit narrow and it's not that easy to drive in the city. We left our car in the parking and took an Uber to the old town for around 4 Eur.

Room and balcony 10 metres away from the waterfront, sleep with the sound of lapping waves. Amazing views from the balcony, including views over Split. Staff made us feel at home. Pool and water access. Sea was a bit cold (19C, in May) but quite swimmable. Easy, cheap 30 minute bus ride to central Split. Really nice dinner options (menu a bit limited, but good basic food).
