Frans and Jojor are amazing people. We had a very good experience with them. They went beyond and above to arrange a more strong wifi connection because we work remote. Unfortunately this was not possible, but besides that the location, the restaurant and there hospitality has been amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff. He provided very useful information for us like guided for transportation, extra pillows and boiler for us. The location is just few minutes to shops and restaurants. The room just in front of the lake. The garden is very beautiful and relaxing. Very good breakfast. I will come back again.

The cottage's view of the lake is superb! The location is a little bit outside Tuktuk which means you can enjoy a quiet stay. We stayed there in march, out of season, so the complex felt empty which gave the impression you have the place for yourself

This hotel is on great location. It closed to many restaurants. Aside from that, they also have quite spacious car parking area. Our room was clean and cozy, but the veranda has many fallen leaves (no problem). Great morning view. They have their own private pier for those who left their vehicle at Parapat. Also, when high tide, you will have private pool which connect to Lake Toba. The breakfast is also considered good. And they also give you free basic amenities.
