Our room was a nice size, not cramped, and very clean. The bed was comfortable and cozy. We had a lovely view of the harbor, and it was quiet despite activity outside. Our stay included breakfast, which was fantastic. Acton provides a menu of options along with a buffet and it was all delicious. We would love to return.

It takes a lot to get my wife excited about a room as we travel lots, however the room we had was like a film set from a victorian drama. High ceilings, chandeliers, and shutters on the windows all added to the experience. Location could not be better and on street parking outside the old dispensary was a bonus.

Very nice house on the banks of the Bandon river, comfortable room, very nice, helpful and interesting hosts, house set in nice gardens. 5 mins drive from centre of Innishannon. Hosts kindly drove us to a wedding function in the village. Very good relaxed breakfast looking out over the river
