A lovely farmhouse in a good location. Linda was a great host, made us very welcome. Showed us round some of the horses she had. Room was a very good size, nice comfy bed! Came up with a nice itinerary that we could do the next day, which we did!

The property is in a rural location, peaceful and quiet, which is exactly what I wanted. Local pubs, restaurants, shops and beaches are all reasonably nearby (10 minute drive at most). The apartment had a well-equipped kitchen/living room, and an upstairs bedroom with ensuite loo and shower. The TV had a Freesat box attached, which gave access to all the main UK channels as well as others. I was also able to connect and use my Fire TV stick, as the free wifi was excellent. The hosts, David and Sinéad, were very welcoming and extremely helpful. This was my first stay at this property, but it won't be my last.
Offering garden views, Maisie's Seaside Cottage is an accommodation set in Quilty, 2.2 km from Tromora West Bay Beach and 32 km from Cliffs of Moher.

The owner are quite nice and live near by. We arrived very late and it was no problem. The cottage is lovely located and you have a great sea view while dish washing.
Situated on the site of a historic landlord's residence with spectacular panoramic views of the Atlantic Coast. The property is near to easily accessed quiet beaches.

Being 10km from Kilkee and the Pollock Holes which are natural sea water pools was wonderful for swimming. White Strand was 20min walk and 10min drive. Also we had a boat trip out to the Cliffs of Moher from Doolin. Highly recommend this area for a lovely restful quiet holiday with plenty of good sea air on the Wild Atlantic Way. Had dinner in Morrisseys Doonbeg and lunch in Trump Hotel.

stayed in the bungalow in glascloune, doonbeg hosted by Brigit and pat kelly. Couldn't meet nicer people, they would go above and beyond to make your stay the most comfortable and enjoyable holiday trip. The Bungalow was absolutely spotless, cozy, spacious, and had free wifi. we would recommend this bungalow for any couple or family. The White strand beach is only a 2 mins drive away and the village of Doonbeg is 5 mins drive where you find pubs, restaurants, and local shop. We will definitely be returning again to the Bungalow Padraic and Bernie

I loved my stay in Doonbeg.
I loved my stay in Doonbeg. The view from the cottages is beautiful and there is loads to do in the area. You need a car though as nothing is within walking distance. Thankfully, Trump's resort is more or less hidden from view and you can completely ignore it. The people are lovely and kind and helpful.

The cottage in Doonbeg was fabulous in every way and we had a fabulous family trip where we stayed for three nights. The cottage is comfortable and has all the facilities we needed. We had ample space for five of us with three teenagers having a room each. Check-in and check-out was easy and straightforward. The cottage is a few miles outside of Doonbeg in a rural area, close to a beautiful beach. We will definitely return again as we all really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful village , relatively unspoilt area..still recognisable after 20 years .. , good restaurants . Doughmore beach is amazing . Good location for access to other sights ..Loop Head, Kilkee, Cliffs of Moher and the Burren
Due to travel by bicycle we look forward to breakfast being the fuel for our days journey. Our host went above and beyond on our breakfast. She made the most amazing omelets. It was so large I couldn't eat it all. We enjoyed our stay. It is a lovely, immaculate, well cared for home. The rooms are spacious and included a place to sit and read. Upon arriving we were greeted with a lovely cake and tea. Thank you! Our entire stay was wonderful.
we stayed in the 2 bedroom cottage. it was lovely and spacious. 2 double rooms with one en suite. also a great conservatory with large couch and table for 6. the outside area is totally private and enclosed. the beach very close with 2 life gaurds on duty at all times. afew lovely restaurants in nearby Doonbeg. highly recommend Tubridys . very high quality service and cuisine . full marks all around . even had some sunshine 🌞.
We attended a wedding at Doonbeg International Golf Club and booked Behan Lodge for 1 night. We had a great nights sleep in very comfortable beds. Cathy is very warm and welcoming and the B&B has great character and reflects the original building dated from the 1740’s. Breakfast was delicious and we would highly recommend this lovely B&B as a base for exploring this area of County Clare.
Location is on the Wild Atlantic Way, a short distance from Doonbeg. A short drive to excellent restaurants. Both MaryAnne and Senan run a spotless BandB, they are most hospitable and represent the best of Irish friendliness. They have the best mattress I have ever slept on. If you want a good nights sleep this is your answer.
Clogher Cottage provided the ideal setting for our stay in Western County Clare. Our host was very accomodating and helpful. The cottage was spacious and had all we needed for our stay. We were able to happily welcome guests also. We were close to the water and also a short drive away from Doonbeg.
Excellent B&B. The owner made us very welcome. Room was lovely. During our holiday we stayed in quite a few "posh" hotels but this was the best accommodation, best breakfast and most welcome that we felt during the whole holiday.
Would recommend!
Accommodation was lovely our host Martina was very welcoming and helpful even gave us a taxi number to get back from Doonbeg
The weather was fantastic food music people excellent even had a deep in the sea fabulous weekend overall
From the second we met with Cathy the owner, we were welcomed in and shown to our rooms, the facilities are amazing with a common room for relaxing.
If you are near Doonbeg, this is an ABSOLUTE Must stay location.
The staff were the nicest, friendliest and most welcoming that I’ve ever experienced in any hotel I have ever stayed in. They couldn’t do enough for us and always said hello or had a quick chat when passing by.
Owner was exceptional. She was knowledgeable of area. We played golf at Doonbeg and she knew about it too. Felt like we knew her all our life as a friend. Would definitely stay again if available.
My son-in-law Ian works with animals so he loved the horses and the off the beaten track/rural location. Although still relatively handy to our relations in Doonmore, Doonbeg.
Love staying at Trumps, the location next to the beach is fantastic. Hotel is great with beautiful rooms and suites. Food always great. Already booked in to return again
