The best breakfast we've ever had (the bonus pancakes were amazing!).
Room was spacious (our 11 year-old liked the fact he had his own room!)
Staff and owners were extremely friendly and helpful.
Excellent value for money.
Quiet, didn't hear other guests.
Did we mention how fantastic the breakfast was?!

A remarkable experience in a remote and picturesque location. It was an honour to be granted the opportunity to immerse ourselves in the history of the family. The proprietor of the residence ensured that our stay was exceptional. We couldn't wish for more.

Lovely little chalet within driving distance of Cashel. The bed is super comfy which was my highlight - I didn't want to leave! It was lovely to have breakfast included, it was a good spread of cereals, fruit, yoghurt etc. Really good value and I'd recommend.

Location (Rock of Cashel on hill above, Hore Abby a short walk down the lane and town minutes away) was fantastic. The rooms were very comfortable, the hosts very helpful, and a very good value for the price. I would definitely recommend O'Brien's to others.

The location is ideal for travelling to other parts of Tipperary and Kilkenny. The Leisure centre and pool are lovely and a welcome respite from the heat. We travelled to Thurles and to Clonmel when we were there.

This is a really good conference-style hotel. Rooms are comfortable, food is very good, and conference rooms are well equipped. A big plus is that the hotel has a full leisure centre and swimming pool, and some will appreciate spa facilities. Everything appears to tip along nicely.
Stayed here many times, i use its central location for getting about re work. Everything is good about this Hotel, staff, rooms, restaurant, bar, car parking, wifi, rooms always spick n span, i will be back soon. So try it.
It is spacious, clean and very comfortable ( soft cotton sheets, bed clothes and pillows). The staff were expert, friendly and authentic. The food is a no fancy frills variety, fresh, honest and tasty - this is rare.
This was a really nice hotel. The room was spacious. The amenities were awesome. This hotel had by far the best breakfast buffet of our trip to Ireland/Northern Ireland which was even included in the price.
Fantastic hotel, I love the decor and the atmosphere. The bar is like a giant version of a traditional Irish pub
The food is amazing, a bit slow with service but worth the wait!
Menu is great, food & service is top class!
Housekeeping are on point!
Rooms & hotel are warm and inviting.
Well staffed restaurant & pub.
Loads of parking
The finishing touches around the hotel to make it a nicer atmosphere like the lovely scents around the corridors and really nice products in the bedrooms too.
