Very clean, welcoming and friendly hotel. Room was well equipped, clean and comfortable. We stayed on a Thursday night and enjoyed the live music in the bar downstairs and had a very enjoyable dinner in the bar. Found hotel to be exactly as described.

Killybegs is a fishing town with a beautiful harbour with restaurants offering very tasty fresh fish dishes daily, and lovely bars if you fancy a tipple, the people are so nice and always have time for a chat. Killybegs is not to far from the historical Donegal town and the seaside resort Bundoran and lots of other beaches spread throughout the county, well worth a visit

This is a great little town and its growing. It has an amazing little sea port you can walk about and has a few great pubs with great food and of course, iced cold beers. Very convenient to everything if you are visiting this area of Ireland.

This is the friendliest place in the world.
This is the friendliest place in the world. So many amazing places to eat with views that are unforgettable.
Strangely there are no bins, not even a dog waste bin. This is the only bad thing I can think of.

Killybegs is a beautiful part of the country, fantastic beaches and great for fishing. Highly recommended to anyone, if it isn’t on your bucket list then you should add it! And don’t forget the Seafood Shack, delicious, fresh seafood cooked right in front of you!

Room is small, but comfortable.
Room is small, but comfortable. The plumbing was not good and the shower was dangerous - the tap barely worked, the water was scalding and not possible to adjust to get cold water. Also, we were in room 9 at the top and right outside the window is an industrial exhaust flue the operates almost continuously and is quite noisy.
Otherwise, the staff were welcoming and cheery.

Killybeggs is an ideal centre for visiting Donegal, southern Donegal at least and there is plenty to see and enjoy. The Wild Atlantic Way ( an Irish tourist Board promotion ) is a very good feature, highlighting many interesting local sights Killybeggs is the largest fishing port on the west coast and the harbour is constantly busy. And of course, the seafood is superb. There are lots of pubs and bars, a good variety of all types of shops and of course, everyone is friendly and helpful. The entire area is remarkably clean and tidy, especially when compared to anywhere in England.
The lady who checked us in was absolutely lovely and we had a nice chat with her. We stayed at Ritz Accommodation in 2018 and liked it and wanted to come back. The room was spacious and clean, I liked the shower as it prevents wasting water. The hotel is very well situated in the centre of Killybegs, closed to all bars and restaurant and close to the sea also.
The breakfast is self service, there is a good choice and wipes are provided.
Happy with our stay once again and can't wait to be back :)
Thanks a million !
Very nice B&B. Large room and also very large bathroom with both huge corner tub and stand alone shower. Breakfast is continental. Friendly host. Quiet, great view. When we arrived, we drove over a VERY narrow one lane bridge with only a couple inches on either side of the vehicle. There is a different way in, which you can figure out by looking at your Google maps. 4 or 5 minutes to Killybegs. Picture is view from bedroom.
We loved everything about Puffin Lodge! The location was private and quiet but still only 5 minutes from Killybegs. The hosts, Tina and David, were so engaging and friendly. The property was steps to the ocean. The room and bathroom were huge! The room had a kettle, tea and coffee, wine glasses, and the tastiest biscuits. There was a lovely sitting room with a beautiful view of the Atlantic. It was simply perfect.
Cathy was the best host I’ve had on my trip. She shared stories, and tips for my next days travel. Her home is warm and inviting and has common spaces that make you feel like you have a whole house. The room was small, exactly as I expected because it was exactly as described and as pictured. But it is perfect for a solo traveller, or 2 people who don’t mind being cozy, or are on a budget.
The property was lovely, clean and comfortable, and the quiet location handy for Killybegs. Our room, being suitable for a family, was quite spacious, as was the bathroom. In the morning, we had a good choice of food for a self-serve continental breakfast. Our hosts were most friendly and welcoming. We felt our stay, though short, represented good value for money.
Kathy the host was very attentive, and welcoming. The cup of tea on arrival was most satisfying.
She explained where everything was and what was available. The bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean and just what i needed for my short stay.
The house is just on the outskirts of Killybegs, with the centre just being a 5 min walk away.
The continental breakfast came with a traditional Irish Scone. Yum.
The owners were very friendly and knowledgeable regarding the historical and cultural aspects of Killybegs and the surrounding area.
They were very friendly and were a so great to talk visit with.
Very comfortable well equipped apartment - perfect location within walking distance of a beautiful beach - and within a few minutes drive of Killybegs with its delicious seafood…very helpful friendly hosts giving useful recommendations of places to visit
The location was as central as possible within Killybegs, with the room having a lovely view of the harbour and its large fishing vessels straight from the bed.
The theme was suitably maritime, which may not be everyone's cup of tea, but we enjoyed it.
The Hotel is right in the centre of Killybegs with a lovely view of the port area. It also has a lovely outdoor bar area overlooking the port. The staff are friendly and courteous and the hotel is very clean.
There was a wide variety of breakfast choices from meat/cheese to yogurt to baked goods. The best part was the view out the large window, down through the extensive property to a cove and the Atlantic Ocean.
Room clean and towels supply and replacement prompt on request.
Staff courteous obliging and pleasant.
Food was good value and though menu limited what was offered was of good quality.
Beautiful mountainside home just above the town of Killybegs. Owner lives just below and is very responsive. House is comfortable, spacious, and well appointed. Views are spectacular.
The Fleet Inn was just what we were looking for - clean, comfortable and in a good location. It had the feel of Ireland and was most welcoming. I would recommend it to friends.
Ease of access parking on the Street in front of the Hotel, the staff were aware of our late arrival and accommodated us, the breakfast was typically Irish and great.
Will definitely book here again! Location was perfect, house was clean and spacious. Can see killybegs Harbour from the kitchen table which is an added bonus.
