The location was perfect with public trandport outside the door but you could also walk into the city centre. Lots of shops etc nearby. Clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed and was reasonably priced.

The welcome I received, first by Jenny (I’m so sorry that’s not your name but your manager will know who I mean) was outstanding, and then Johnathan checked us in. The service and welcome was indicative to that of a 5* hotel. Both guys even tended to my elderly parents who were not even guests at the hotel. Very professional staff in the bar too, Ciaran (legend of a man) and Jennifer are great at their job. So welcoming. The family room with a separate room for the kids was amazing. The pool was just what we needed after a long drive, We couldn’t fault this hotel

The staff in particular were so helpful and Elenor in particular... she could not have made us feel more welcome and was so accomodating even when I had last minute plans changed.
