Ventry is small and consists mostly of B&Bs but the local beach is large and beautiful and the local pub (Quinns) serves excellent food and, of course, beer and spirits, and often has live music. The village of Dingle is nearby and has quite a few shops and restaurants. As with all of Ireland, the area is rich in history and there are tours and quite a number of things to do and see.

Quiet seaside village along the Dingle Way.
Quiet seaside village along the Dingle Way. Really good hiking trails. Wonderful food and drinks at Quinns - Sea Bass was the best ever and fair prices. Post Office has convenient groceries. Expect wet, foggy weather.
Great location just out of Dingle - very peaceful with fantastic views of Ventry bay . Beatrice and her family really looked after us . Great breakfast , comfy beds and a really homely feel from this experienced team . Their Blasket island sea life boat ride was fun and informative and a great complement to our stay . For those who want an authentic Irish experience this B and B is a must !
10/10.
The house was absolutely immaculate with the most stunning views surrounding it. There were 8 of us staying and plenty of room for us all and bathrooms with electric showers. Cooking facilities and ample cutlery, cups, glasses everything. Lots of parking out the back. The location is just a short drive to Dingle, and Ventry beach is just on the doorstep. Highly recommend for a stay.
Location was wonderful. Just the place I was looking for on my trip to Ireland. Beautiful view from the property, walking distance to local pub and restaurant, quiet in the evening and close to many local places to visit. Owners Beatrice and David were very friendly and helpful about the areas to visit and with organizing tours
Location is brilliant. Beatrice makes a great breakfast..& Quinns pub is top notch for dinner in eve. The Post Office is an extremely well stocked shop for good quality food & the people there are lovely. Ventry beach is fabulous
Location is near Dingle but is a less crowded country like setting. A wonderful view of the bay, and short walk to both a great little pub and the beach. Clean and accommodating. Breakfast was great.
The room had a gorgeous view of Ventry Bay and was very close to Slea Head Drive and Dingle. Beatrice was a consummate host who cooked a phenomenal breakfast and was super helpful for me and my mom.
