The authenticity was something that struck home with us on arrival. The decor was incredible, the local crafts were in evidence in the painted furniture and the place looked like it had been kept and restored to a very high standard.

The property located in just stone throwing distance from beach. All the staffs are so nice and specially cook is just phenomenal. This property has ample car parking and if i am not wrong it can easily accommodate minimum 10-12 cars. If you are a person who love sea food then this property is ideal for you , kitchen can arrange all kind of sea food that too fresh ,not fridge up. If someone wants booze then distance is barely 150-200 metres.

The owners were very polite and attended to every query. They even helped us to find different places to visit. The lodge was very peaceful and calm. It is also perfectly situated between Chivla Beach and Rock Garden.

The best thing about the property, I feel is the location. Every tourist spot like the Sindhudurga fort jetty, Rajkot, Chiwla beach, Rock garden and also the market is at a distance of 10-15 mins. 2nd best thing is that the property is really cute and pretty, ACs are there which are a must in the coastal areas. The rooms are nice and large. The staff is helpful and patient. You will only get tea on the property, you will have to arrange for lunch, dinner and heavy breakfast, for which there is a lady right opposite to the property with whom you can co-ordinate to get home-cooked food, even otherwise lot of restaurant's are available around the property. Now the biggest con is that, especially during the rainy season and especially when there are thunderstorms or lightening there are major power outages across the town, this you should keep in mind while visiting any village in kokan/malvan area. So it's not the owner's or the staff's fault, but just something to bear in mind before planning your trip
