The warm hospitality at the Heritage bungalow number 9 at Takdah was exemplary. The house is a 1912 British era heritage house. It is in a beautiful location close to the forest. The rooms are comfortable. The food is awesome. The family that runs the place is wonderful and super friendly. The young owner Mr. Lama is dynamic and is always ready to help.
Last but not the least, the grandpa of the house, who is full of energy, is 101 year old. He is so positive and radiates happiness!
I would love to go back to this place again.

The location is the only USP of this place. Bad Food,room service, no daily cleaning in room and lack of basic amenities like hangers for clothes. The staff and owner are very polite though and did their best but they can really improve on food since the stay is far from main market.
