I like everything of my stay but after staying for 10 days no upgrade, no free laundry & the day I checked out 6:00am they offered complimentary breakfast… they should have done one day before & I would have definitely taken. Left one bag and my cap is MISSING… if it had been an ordinary cap I would not make a hue & cry but this cap I watched Australian Open Melbourne 2024 & had bought it. The Manager called Manish said he would check CCTV but till now not found. As you can see my photos I came & donated 24 lakhs for building a monastery & then my husband played tennis match & won & distributed his prize money to the ball boys.

The rooms are clean by Indian standards. It was surprisingly quiet at night. The staff are welcoming and helpful. They arranged a tuktuk for us and even gave us an early morning wake-up call to catch our train! I would recommend for an overnight stay while in transit and would stay again if in the area.
