He made our stay so comfortable by providing everything we ask for and that too without any extra cost. We asked for laundry everyday, special food for kids etc. and he with his staff was bang on in providing us the services beyond commitment. Breakfast was really good. Location wise you will have beaches at around 20 mins distance by car. We have a lovely church nearby the property and all the groceries, medical etc. is there around this property.

I came with a group of 5 friends, and there was ample amounts of space. They even offered floor mattresses if needed. There was a cook and cleaner available at all times. He would make our beds every day (I even took a few naps and came back later to my bed cleaned and made). The decor was incredibly modern. Plenty of board games to play when we stayed in for the night. They have a very helpful woman who organized taxis and drivers for us. All in all, a must book if you go to Goa!NathanUnited States

However, Janat, the woman at reception is one of the best front of house staff I have met in India - it comes naturally to her to help guests have the best stay possible. She is an asset to this hotel and without her my stay would have not been so good. The rooms are big and spacious. The balconies are a nice addition. Pool was nice when free. As I didn’t make the most of the free breakfast I was offered dinner one night which they organised from outside and it was really good.

Guests had to spend 12+ hours without power in one night. Charge a bit more for the rooms if you like, but at least keep the fans and lights on when the power goes.
