The hotel is very close to the train station which was a great advantage to us. However, you have to walk about 10 minutes to town. The room (#20) was spacious, quiet and clean, however dated. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was renovated and met our expectations. I believe we paid a relatively high rate per night (225 Euro without breakfast) due the Summer Festival - we came to see Eric Clapton. This was definitely not BVFM..

Wonderful, restful location overlooking a beautiful valley of olive groves and vineyards. The silence almost hurt! Just the song birds adding their bit of joy. The rooms were perfect and the members of staff fantastic. They produce their own wine, olives and olive oil for consumption on the premises or for buying as gifts.
