The host was very welcoming and waited for us. It certainly made check in very easy. The host also provided nice local recommendations. the rooms were very big and comfortable, providing a lot of space for a family of 5. The hitter was just at the right temperature. The location is great, within walking distance from restaurants and bakeries.

When you walk in it doesn't seem this place could be situated in Ariccia, it looks like a New York apartment!!! Everything in this place is spotless, bright, modern cozy and clean. This place is so beautiful that makes me want to live there. Super central in Ariccia. The owner Daniela is a lovely lady and super helpful, she showed around and explained in detail everything.

Great value for money, excellent central location, a three star hotel that delivers the experience of a high end boutique city hotel. The decor is quite kitschy but it adds to the lively Italian atmosphere one expects to find in these small charming towns of Italy!
Villa Tuscolana is a luxurious abode built in the 500s, located on the hill above the town of Frascati. Villa Tuscolana offers accommodation with a bar, restaurant, free private parking and a garden.

The location is extraordinary, the hotel itself has a centuries-old history (the foundations were built in the 1600s), the view is very beautiful, and the park is also lovely
The quiet. The house keepers the farm cat, we fed during our stay. Other guests very noisy when they arrived or went out, forgetting there were other guests staying. It might be an Italian thing to be noisy. The staff weren’t very welcoming upon our arrival and the internet only available at reception and out by the pool, not available in the room.

I loved Ariccia... the Fraschetas and Fornerias were amazing...
I loved Ariccia... the Fraschetas and Fornerias were amazing, Bamby does good aperitivo and gelato, La Cueva is a hidden gem on a quiet street. I walk easily to Albano and Genzano and retreat to the quaint Ariccia by nightfall.
Location wise it's perfect to get to Ciampino Airport with only a 20 minute drive and close to town centre of Ariccia.
The hotel is in the middle of an industrial estate so not much happening around but perfect for an overnight stay.
The room was spacious, bed comfortable and bathroom very well sized.
The receptionists both on our late arrival and a very early morning departure were very nice and check in and check out were easy.
Highly recommended.
Must also recommend the Trattoria Pizzeria Pappamondo close-by (by car).

Pier Paolo and his wife were very gracious hosts. He met us in the square and gave us a ride to drop our bags and park our car. Apartment was very spacious, clean, and perfectly located in downtown Ariccia!😄

located on center of city, in front of City Hall. 2 minutes on foot from the mail restaurant (the famous fraschette of Ariccia). very near to the free parking place under the monumental bridge of Ariccia.
I appreciate the owner of the hotel. I asked about transportation in the area and he took me to the bus stop on his own car and bought a ticket to go to city center in Rome. Next level of hospitality
