The location was just what we needed, located right next to the vineyard we travelled to Badesi to visit. The hotel was very clean and the staff helpful. Amazing views from the rooms and nice terraces. There are also very limited options for accommodation in Badesi, so this was a pleasant find.
Boasting sea views, SEA VIEW HOUSE SARDEGNA offers accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 49 km from Sassari Railway Station.

I have to say the latest reviews scared me a bit 2 toddlers in the booking as well. And I have to say I don’t understand this place is perfect.
-1st you get what you’ve paid for don’t expect luxury service. Great price !
- location is beautiful the beach is right behind the house
- much bigger than the pictures get new pictures done on a phone with a 0,5 zoom
- the outdoors: terrace, barbecue and privacy is a big asset
- Emanuela is a great woman thank you

Lovely little town without hotels and touristic industry.
Lovely little town without hotels and touristic industry. Few small local coffee shops and grocery shops. Nearby Valledoria is a good place to go for shopping and fantastic local market.
Quiet, peaceful place, great views (just few miles up the hills).

Badesi is a very residential area. There is not a lot there. We went out of peak season and some of the highly recommended restaurants had already closed for the season. We drove most evening to eat at Isola Rossa and other surrounding areas. It is a nice place - just not a lot there. The beach is 1.5 miles, 40 minute walk also - we we drove as it was too hot to walk!

Badesi beach is huge, so it's easy to find a quieter spot if you don't mind a little walk. Take a parasol because there is very little shade. Driving round Badesi was fairly easy as it's quite small. There were several supermarkets so we mainly self catered. Gelatomania is well worth a visit with around 27 flavours of ice cream to choose from. There are plenty of good pizza places in town too. We also visited Aggius and Castelsardo which I would recommend.

A perfect starting point to visit North Sardinia, as it is situated in the very middle of the coast. The place itself is a bit dull but you get all you need to have a comfortable stay. For evening attractions drive 12 km to Castelsardo or 10 km to Isola Rosa. At the neighbouring beaches you have to pay for the parking, but try Baia delle Mimose (a few km to the west) - a spectacular beach with lots of space and free parking. If you visit Badesi in late June you might enjoy the local festival (celebration of the patron's day) - concerts, food tracks and stands with local specialities. All in all - a very friendly place.
We loved this place. It was in an idyllic setting and the owners were wonderful. Both Dino and his father are very nice people, and we especially enjoyed Federico's company, who not only gave us very good wine and liqueur, but gave us some very interesting pointers on places to visit and told us about Sardinia's interesting history. We had everything we could possibly need and Dino also provided us with a stocked cupboard and fridge, as we arrived around lunchtime.
Even though the resort looks like it hasn't been modernized for many years ago, it still offers decent living conditions and facilities. Located on the hills in Badesi, the sea view rooms offer a wonderful view over the whole area between Badesi to Valledoria and Costa Rosa, apartments with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies. In the complex you will also find a swimming pool, a bar good for coffee and cocktails and a restaurant with tasty food.
The residence is an exceptional value for money. Apartments are not new, but they have been nicely renovated and are kept very clean. It seems that the ownership has changed, as the conditions we got were far better than what we'd seen for previous years. Each apartment had a lovely sea view, an ample living room and a brand new, very effective AC unit. Also, Badesi is an amazing place with a couple of very good places to eat and a superb beach.

Large enought apartment with even too much equipment. Nice view from a balcony all over Badesi and see shore. In one beroom the wardrobe is large enough, while in the other the wardrobe is small. Toilet with bidet and shower. Washing machine and nice 4K TV.
Great and welcoming staff - you feel attention and unique approach, as if it was a family-run hotel and not a large resort!
Good food, nice facilities, extremely kid-friendly, and a beautiful beach - all you need to have a good time and relax!
The staff (Lorenzo and Samba) is extremely helpful and accommodating. The location is also great, there are supermarket, bars and restaurants within walking distance. There are different beautiful beaches which are close to Badesi.
Location wise, Mare Blue is very good! Close to a local beach, local supermarket and easy access to the main roads. We liked that the appartment has a laundry machine and working AC. Private car park was a good point too.
Our stay was great. The hotel is in badesi which is a little town very close to an amazing beach and castelsardo. Astrid and Antonello made everything possible to have a great stay! Definitely recommended
