Wonderful place to go and be pampered. The staff is fantastic, from the front desk to barman Guido, Veronica who showed us the winery, Alfonso the maitre and the restaurant staff, all went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The food in the restaurant is excellent. The building is stunning and the grounds very well kept. Furnishings are sustainable and robust, all wood, stone etc and no plastic. Everything used once is re-used.

Albergo Al Castello is 7 kilometres from the outlet of Serravalle Scrivia. It is right on the main square of the medieval town of Gavi, a tourist village celebrated for its excellent white wine.

We really enjoyed our stay at Serravalle Golf hotel. The staff were so kind and nice- our flight was delayed and we arrived very late in the night. We tried to find some working gas station to get something to eat but nothing was working. The lady at the reception made us a package with some snacks. The other day they borrowed us umbrella and gave us a discount card for the outlet. They also tried to help us with an issue we had with the self service gas station where we put money but couldn’t refill the car. We were amused by the golf ball soap in the room, it was so sweet and we think that small details are the key. The breakfast was really good, with a nice coffee which is a rare thing in hotels.

Immersed in the green of woods and vineyards, Villa Bollina is a refined noble residence in Art Nouveau style and is just 5 minutes drive from the McArthur Designer Outlet.

Spacious room with excellent view. Great location in the vineyards and very close to the outlet. The food in the restaurant was delicious and there is a great wine list.

Lovely place to stay. Kettle in the room. Superb views. Everything super clean and comfortable all done with great taste. Big choice of sweet and savoury things for breakfast. Very good small restaurant for dinner.

Clean and quiet . Off in the country side , very few vehicles passing by . A special mention for a very good shower , the water pressure was excellent . Parking space just across the road .

Very kind and helpful owner. Everything was clean and properly maintained. Breakfast consisted of various sweet pastries, yogurts, juice and excellent coffee.
