This is our second stay at this property and we love the quaint quiet walled village it sits. The view from the various balconies of Assisi in the distance with the lights is just magical. Eight of us had dinner here, which was simply fantastic and the breakfast was incredibly satisfactory as well.
So if you are looking to stay in a walled village, this is a place to stay!

This is a comfortable and well-managed hotel in a very good location both for the town it is in and the surrounding countryside. It has most of the facilities that would be a good base for a family or groups. The standard of cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff is exceptional. Breakfast was mainly a good choice of nicely-made pastries and cakes.

A dream house with dream views of the dream environment of Umbria
An amazing medieval borgo turned into a really nice hotel. The view is breathtaking, unfortunately, we couldn't use the swimming pool because it was too cold, but it looked very nice and clean. We got a free upgrade and had a room with a terrace. We traveled with our dog and felt very welcomed there. There isn't a lot of light in the evening in the room but for us, it wasn't a problem.
We were cycling and it was a challenge to reach but we expected and enjoyed that, even if we got lost a few times on the way! The front desk was very helpful and we upgraded to a beautiful room with a terrace as the one we had booked was a bit small and dark. One night was a good stay for us as it was raining and the only restaurant without a car is in the hotel itself
The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous historical building , and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower), and very clean, kind staff excellent service
I would definitely back
The hotel is very cozy and it has amazing views. The staff is incredibly friendly and went the extra mile to make us feel right at home. We enjoyed eating at the restaurant (our favorite dish was the Umbrian noodles with truffle - make sure to try them).
