What I mostly enjoed of my stay was the very comfortable bed and pillow of the room, I guess the best I have ever had. A part from this, I appreciated a lot the cleanliness of the hotel.

I have to say that I haven't experienced this level of hospitality anywhere. Everyone was so polite and helpful. We felt relaxed and at home. The area is calming, and you are surrounded by nature, animals, and fresh air. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was great.

Nice woman greeted us on arrival and was in contact days beforehand to find out if we had any special dietary requests. Would definitely stay again🙂

Very friendly staff. Near bologna and Modena, free parking. Nice big bathroom with bath and shower.
The room was very clean and comfortable.
The problem was we could not sleep because of all the noise. We had an early morning flight and went to bed at 9PM and set our alarm for 3:30AM.
First there was the noise from the street below. It is a very busy street. Even with the window closed, the noise of the traffic, which was virtually continuous, made it impossible to sleep. Around midnight it became too warm in the room, so we opened the windows for some fresh air. Of course this greatly magnified the sound of the traffic outside.
Not only that, but from 9PM until 2AM we could clearly hear loud talking and laughing from another room.
In addition there were other noises in the hotel. At times we heard the sound of hammering, also squealing as if someone were moving furniture across the floor. We also heard loud metallic jangling and once there was a loud "boom!" that sounded like a bowling ball being dropped on the floor.
These were not subtle noises. They were impossible to ignore. I laid awake in bed all night waiting for peace which never came. All we wanted was a peaceful place to sleep for a few hours and paid 75 euros for the room. But we could not sleep there. We left the room at 4AM, extremely tired and upset.
In defense of the owner, of course he cannot control the behavior of his guests. And as for the noisy traffic, even up until 2AM, that is also not his fault. But the location of the hotel is not a good one if you want to sleep in relative quiet. The noise of the traffic, even with the windows closed is much too loud.

Wonderful historic "hotel" with a lovely garden, building exterior and interior.
This accommodation is not an ordinary hotel but rather an extremely nice residence and historic building.
The rooms were perfect with a very high ceiling.
The breakfast served in the kitchen fulfilled every demand.
The staff was very service oriented and suggested several good and local restaurants in the neighboorhood.
Car parking is offered, free of charge, within the hotel grounds.
I booked this hotel based on the other reviews and they weren't wrong. We arrived around 10.30pm and were greeted by Stefano who was extremely helpful and friendly and he went above and beyond. The rest of the staff were equally lovely and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Juri and Stefano helped us out getting a very early morning cab and all went smoothly. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again if I were in the area
Everything was beyond fantastic. The house it’s Self was incredible and the Host exceptionally Friendly.
The whole stay was Much Much to cheap for the standard and quality that was given.
Definitely better than most 5 star + Hotels.
Thank you
It was not to the standard regarding its price. I had paid for deluxe room and it was a small room with shower area so bad. So they pretend to be a good stars hotel but services are not like that. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
We liked the position, 24 hour reception, the breakfast, the cat and the fact our dog could stay. The hotel is not fancy, but it was clean and everything functioned. the coffee at breakfast and the fresh cornetti were delicious.
I liked the hotel very much the location was also perfect very clean room and bathroom and comfortable bed. The stuff was very helpful specially the nighty he was one of the best who I ever seen. Very kind and very helpful.
