Fantastic location right off the highway for those that are travelling and just want a quick stop for the night. The beds were quite comfortable. 24-hour check-in was definitely appreciated and otherwise not easy to find. Price was good. Just be warned that this hotel is straight out of the 70s and has not been updated. It is what it is. Again for those just looking for a clean and easy place to stop, I don't think its a problem. If your looking for modern and renovated, go somewhere else.

Never stay at this hotel. I had a terrible experience with Stefano Poggiani and would never recommend this hotel to anybody.
Town of Chiusi consist of two parts. Stick to the historical side on the hill for best town experience, good restaurants and Tuscan feeling. Use the newer part of the town only for your grocery, petrol and laundry needs.

Chiusi is a quaint town on top of a hill with beautiful views and is a great place for enjoying a walking day with nice things to see. The big thing for me was touring the subterranean labyrinths to see water cistern systems that were built in the first century and the underground labyrinths that had burial crypts labeled in Etruscan and Roman (latin). Rich in history and engineering.
Our stay at Residenza Dei Ricci was absolutely phenomenal. The rooms and grounds are lovely, comfortable, and clean. The owners are kind, helpful, and accommodating (and their three dogs are friendly as well!). Breakfast included some of the finest pastry that we have ever tasted – easily on par with the best hotels in Europe’s larger cities. Guaranteed access to private parking is a major perk. If we return to Chiusi, this B&B will be at the top of our list for accommodation. Highly recommended.
This place is practical and welcoming--not about charm or fanciness--it's just perfect for what it is! A couple of blocks from the train station. The town of Chiusi Scalo is like the locanda--clean, practical, convenient. The family that runs it seem sweet, welcoming, and hard-working. The restaurant has a great menu. I only had pizza and a side dish, and they were delicious. My stay was only for one night in between things, but it was a pleasure. Huge room. Clean bathroom.
The estate is so pretty with its unobstructed view of Italy towns and Tuscany fields. the room is comfortable and nicely decorated. we love the garden, the vineyard and also the woods that you can walk after your meal. the breakfast is superb (thanks Rebecca for your service). The best part of the hotel is the pool which is definitely worthy a nice photo.
The helpful staff was a great plus during our stay, great hospitality. The staff did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The area where the hotel is situated is beautiful. Just as the gardens, pool and the room. The food in the restaurant in the morning and evening is of fantastic quality. Great place to visit Val d’Orcia.
The room was very clean and comfortable, the outdoor space was amazing, the breakfast was great as well, since Carolina is a great hostess, she was even baking fresh cakes every morning and made sure to give us tips and recommendations on great spots nearby. We enjoyed a lot our stay and will definitely come back again.
Paula was sweet and accomdating, on our dinners she gave us good wines and the place was lovely decorated. We wanted to rent a bike and she came with us to help us sort it out. Paula is putting a lot of attention to details and the area near chiusi is beautiful.
Very good location in the historical center of Chiusi, small but very beautiful town in Tuscany, also short distance to Perugia and Orvieto. Public car park very close with many free spaces, easily accessible. Apartment very well equipped.
Loved the location and the view. we rented a car and had free parking with easy access. Raffaele was very responsive to our needs and provided us with great information about the area. Also a great little coffee shop nearby
Close to train station on a lovely street but you couldn’t hear the trains. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The restaurant below, Seasons, is exceptional. Definitely recommend dining there!
This quiet, peaceful location was exactly what we wanted after busy Rome. The breakfast was outstanding and we had our best day driving around the hill towns nearby. I even had a swim in the lovely pool.
Beautiful Villa on a hillside; very clean and well maintained. Fantastic and helpful staff. 10 minutes to the train station and the historic town of Chiusi. Nice to relax with drinks around the pool.
The Concierge was lovely, really kind and helpful.
The place has a beautiful energy and our room had a bathtub! Definitely recommend staying hereif you are in Chiusi’s area
Location is perfect for those who passing by because it's near the autostrada. Breakfast was sweet italian wich certainly wouldn't be our first choice.
