Fantastic value! Our room was spotless. Pillows and beds were very comfortable. Staff was so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was a buffet of several fresh pastries, meat, cheese, hard boiled eggs, cereal. The walk from the train takes just a few minutes, but it’s up an incline. There’s not a lot to see near the hotel, but the funicular is very close and takes you up to the top of the hill where the little town of Orvieto overlooks the Italian countryside. There’s a pizzeria a few minutes from the hotel where we ate dinner. We stored our luggage inside the hotel until our train left in the afternoon. Overall this hotel had everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again.
In a beautifully renovated building located in the heart of Orvieto’s old town lies Hotel Corso, just steps away from monuments and medieval streets. Private parking is available.

Heaven on earth
The place is charming, located amongst vineyards, overlooking the city of Orvieto. The room is large and clean, nestled in a beautiful building. The pool is spacious and well maintained. Around the pool there are places to sit and chaise longues where you can simply relax and soak up the atmosphere of Umbria.
The garden is stunning in its beauty, and has more other places to relax.
The breakfast is excellent, the jams are very special.
I will definitely be back
