The staff were very helpful in arranging transport for us to a family wedding. Our room was very comfortable but others in our party who had booked a similar grade of room unfortunately were allocated inferior rooms.

This was possibly the best place I stayed in during my week in Italy. Ada was a wonderful host, very friendly and welcoming. She even brought me some extremely addictive homemade jam tarts, which make my mouth water right now just thinking about them! The facilities were exceptional. Rooms spotless. Would highly recommend if you're staying in Crispiano.

We were attending a wedding close by and that was the only reason for staying here. The people in Crispiano were lovely and exceptionally friendly and helpful. We found some great places to eat with the help of our hotel staff but this is not a holiday or tourist destination.

We liked the whole resort!
We liked the whole resort! The rooms were spacious, lots of room and comfortable bed, the dinners were yummy, the pool was an oasis and so relaxing, the views were beautiful, and the staff was fantastic. If you want to get away from it all this is the place! Also, if you are looking for a destination wedding or special event venue this would be ideal with the small church, beautiful courtyard, and great wines and food, We did not leave the resort so I don't have any recommendations for Crispiano or the surrounding area.

Thanks to Ristorante Pizzeria Saracino for their delicious pizzas and sea foods and their smiling face. Thanks to Parco delle Querce for their delicious foods, very kind staf and their sincerity. Very nice to take long resting walks near seaside.
The city was silent and full of peace. But there is no taxi or public transportation in the city. Better to rent a car if you want to travel to near regions like Alberobello and Polignano Mare.
The Hotel, conveniently located in a park a few kms out of Martina Franca, retains the trulli structure in the reception building and some other artifacts of a masseria. Well done!
We used the small pool and the sunbeds were good.
The breakfast was excellent and varied, with delicious local products (capocollo, figues, honey, etc).
The staff is professional and very helpful ( they allowed us to anticipate check-in before noon).
Beautiful, contemporary resort. Luxurious and interesting architectural design. Hotel and restaurant staff are very professional and friendly. We enjoyed dinner at their restaurant. We marvelled at the reasonable price point for the resort’s wine that comes from varietals on the beautiful property. We also thoroughly enjoyed the wine tasting experience that included an interesting tour of the Masseria

This winery/hotel/masseria was one of the highlights of our trip. Great facilities, wine, food and staff! We loved it! If you want to do a wine tasting, make sure you book it in advance. We were not able to do a tasting due to their busy schedule, but we were able to do a wine pairing with dinner. That experience was wonderful and for a great price.
Location was excellent - very close to the old town main square.
Our host, Gianni, was exceptional helping us find a restaurant on a religious holiday when very few were open. He also found a cost effective solution for us to move our luggage so we could walk to our next hotel on the Camino. The suite is tastefully renovated, comfortable and clean.
This beautiful hotel was absolutely fantastic, quiet and romantic, everyone was so friendly and amazing.
The food was great.
A big thank you to everyone but in particular Martina and Sarah who could not do enough for us!! Absolutely outstanding and exceptional service!!
the kids loved the aqua park, very green area with beautiful trees and flowers, extremely nice and friendly staff. Kids loved the aqua park next to the hotel which was a big plus considering the really hot weather
Very nice hotel and charming.
The addition of the swimming is really a plus after a long day on the road.
The restaurant is nice and the wine tasting is very good.
Highly recommended.
I came back for the 2nd time.
A luxury hotel with an incredible breakfast, friendly staff, super comfortable beds, lovely pool and lounging areas, topped off with free entry to a water park next door - the best if both worlds.
The staff at the hotel reception were exceptional so very helpful, really going out of their way to help, particularly with arranging taxi's to the wedding venue we were going to
The staff was very helpful and nice and made us really welcome. The dinner was excellent and the room was very comfortable. It was the best hotel we stayed in while in Puglia.
Architecture (modernly renovated but still preserving the historical charm), staff, very cool and spacious room, hotel, pool, breakfast, etc. - practically everything.
Everything about this hotel was exceptional! Starting with the super helpful and friendly staff, the rooms, the food, and the attention to detail and design.
Most extraordinary hotel experience I have ever had. Sleeping in an ancient castle is a something, and the view is amazing. Not to mention their great wine..
