Absolutely beautiful place, super helpful staff, great room, great location, great town. The rooftop is so, soooo so stunning. Wifi was fast for video calls. I was super happy to see the Otzi museum!

The breakfast in the room downstairs was awesome! And the staff were lovely and very helpful all the time. Agnes takes care of all guests like her own family. They even arranged for a motorcycle mechanic to come for a problem we had. Our room had a large sun terrace overlooking the valley and incredible vineyards and mountain views. Terrace had sun loungers which can be used in good weather (We had rainy weather :() Furnishings in hotel are a bit old, but very well kept. It also has a nice indoor pool area, and sauna which was particularly nice in the bad weather we had during our stay. In summer, one can make use of the outdoor pool. Food for both breakfast and dinner was of very good levels.
