It‘s newly renovated, provided everything we needed and the location was perfect as it was only a 1 minute walk to the lake! Also, Claudia was super helpful, communication in advance was super easy and she answered our questions very quickly!

Good size of the bedroom. Common spaces were well organized. Location okeish, but not so good as expected to explore the lake and surroundings.

A lovely hotel. All staff were very friendly and helpful. There were wonderful views from our balcony overlooking Lago di Maggiore and the high mountains beyond. The food in the restaurant was first class as it was in the the Bistrot Imbarcado, which the hotel also runs, and where the seating is alongside the lake. A good ferry service from Porto Valtravaglia makes it easy to visit Stresa, the Borromeo Islands and market day in Luino. We will certainly be back!

There are only 8-9 rooms, so it really felt like a boutique hotel. The rooms are beautiful, very luxurious but still cosy and the bed was a dream! The staff were super friendly and helpful.
