First of all I give my respect to the owner of the hotel, Sergio, the one of the most blessful person I ever met in Italy. Photos, musics, art pieces, and many other historical things he collected amused me. It is not easy to find someone with a heart like him these days, and he was absolutely helpful and kind.

We booked the extra large -- room Size of our room, came with an extra Upstairs double room with its own bathroom which we did not need at all, but is great for e.g. families traveling with two grown up children. The view was beautiful from the semi upper floor. And so was the very cool ( we like it ) decent sized pool.

Everything. This is my second time staying in Alessandro's beautiful apartment. So relaxing with the addition of a Sauna with wonderful views of the mountains. Wonderful breakfast provided with fresh bread, cake and cereals etc. Really wonderful stay just a shame I had to leave...

Wonderful old house, well restored with an amazing woodland garden that we were invited to wander in. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful, and the spread of food for breakfast was amazing. There was also a good range of hot drinks and some very nice local biscuits available for guests in the evening. We appreciated the provision of dressing gowns as the shower room, though for our use only, was on the floor below. Private car parking is available immediately outside the house, the latter well-located for walking down into the town centre for an evening meal. We enjoyed visiting a local Pizzeria, booked for us by our hosts. We found it an excellent location for an overnight stay on our journey south to Tuscany.
