When we inquired about an item that we could possibly have left behind upon leaving, Giovanni responded immediately and was very helpful. The place itself is small and cozy, and Giovanni has renovated the apartment within a historic building in a way that makes it also suitable for a small family, with separate sleeping rooms for parents and kids.
