The accommodation is very clean, spacious , well located , surrounded by a quiet garden, close to the main panoramic views along the Como Lake . We found coffee , tea, some sweets, bath products for every person, the apartment has everything one may need; we noticed the great attention for small details such as decorations in the bath, the table was already arranged with plates for us ... The host helps you with any information about self check-in. We really enjoyed our stay here and we fully recommend it !

We had a wonderful time in the apartment !! it is fully equipped with everything you could think of, the friendly hosts are so nice and help with all you need. They also gave us a lot of information and maps of the area and recommended great choices of restaurants around. The kitchen has all the things which make you feel at home away from home !! Having breakfast in the balcony seeing the magical views of the mountains and the lake was our dream came true !!

Location for this hotel is amazing - right across from the lake. We had a wonderful terrace facing the lake. There are restaurants around that are quite good / reasonable, within walking distance. One must take time to visit Villa Carlotta (botanical gardens) - a short 10 minute walk from the hotel - come early May for the flowers.

Park Hotel Abbadia overlooks Lake Como and is just 50 metres from the beach. The en suite rooms offer air conditioning and a TV.

The view alone makes this hotel a great stay. We were only there for one night but it was so refreshing to stay in a modern hotel after camping around Tuscany. We took advantage of the balcony to bask in the lake view. You can also see ducks sunbathing and napping in the garden downstairs. So quaint. The receptionist was amazing, she was so patient and gracious with accommodating our changing requirements. The bed was so comfortable as well, we all slept so well. Breakfast was included and set us up well for the day. Tea, coffees, sausages, eggs, breaded goods, yogurt.

The arrangement regarding breakfast was adequate for those that were happy go for a walk as we were. Coffee was available at the apartment which was appreciated Francesco was exceptional in his manner, greeting, efficiency and friendliness. His willingness to provide a shuttle to and from town was very much appreciated. My partner and I will have fond memories of our stay in Bellagio.

The location was excellent and the views were magnificent
