Clean, modern apartment. Feels private. WiFi is good. Plenty of parking spaces along the nearby street. There is a good map in a binder as well as other useful information. It is a quiet location, but you might hear neighbors from an apartment above. To find the apartment, go to the very end of the pathway after the gate. There is another apartment along the way. Please close the gate carefully since it makes a lot of noise if you don't do so. You can stay at this apartment and visit Rome easily. Relatively short drive to the airport too.
