Staff were very friendly and helpful ... we arrived quite late and nothing was too much trouble for them ... hotel was clean food was great and good portions ... bit pricey but we reserved late and over all very good value for what we paid.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Food and cocktails were fabulous. We loved the option of having the salt water pool and sky pool (adults only) and the spa was stunning. I had the best massages in a long while!

Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast, very spacious rooms, tennis courts, swimming pool and modest gym, but with all the equipment one would need to stay fit. Busstop in front of the hotel to catch a free bus into Merano.
