Maurizio is extremely kind and very knowledgeable of all that is to be found in the beautiful village of Mercatello sul Metauro. He can even arrange visits to the local church-museum which is rich with extraordinary masterpieces.
His information made us feel "home" in Mercatello.
Extremely kind, he did his best to meet our requirements (we eat plant-based).

We loved this place so much- being immersed in nature and opening the door of the room and seeing trees and flowers all around is a real blessing when you spend most of the year living in a city. It’s relaxing without being boring- the pool has a wonderful view and there are other quiet spots like the hammock and the swing- where you can think your own thoughts and completely wind down. The hosts are friendly and welcoming and truly made us feel at home. Finally, the breakfast with eggs from the hens nearby and homemade cakes and jams was the best!
Boasting mountain views, BIBO'S GUESTHOUSE features accommodation with balcony, around 27 km from Duomo.

Our stay at Bibo's guesthouse was fantastic! A wonderful, stylish room and historic house in the heart of the beautiful historic center of the city. Very big, perfectly clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, in a great location. With wonderful hosts who made us feel immediately at home. Thank you again for your hospitality!
We had an unforgettable time and we're dreaming of being back again!
It's in a middle of nowhere. But...it has a potential, it's just..in the centre of the world, between Marche and Umbria, and Emilia Romania is near.
We were able to visit Urbino, Gradara, San Marino, San Leo, Assisi, Gubbio. When leaving home...Imola, Ferrara.

Explore guest reviews of hotels in Mercatello sul Metauro
There are two ways to reach this hotel- one, short 5 min drive via Mercatello sul Metauro if you come from the north and another one- two hours drive on twisting gravel mountain roads across the mountain range if you coming from south. If you have full tank of gas and really want to see the mountains- go the second route :).
We like everything about this agriturismo- the mountains, our great and kind host, the hotel, the swimming pool, food (breakfast was included), atmosphere.
