Beautiful roof terrace, rooms & views of the sea and lovely breakfast and a walk up to capo milazzo from the side (steep to begin with) - worth it around a 8k loop

Whilst I didn't see much of it, I wouldn't stay here. Just travel through on way to Aeolian islands. Surprisingly, no taxi's or uber's at train station when I arrived from Palermo so I had to hitch-hike (lol)!

It's not Taormina which is obviously the jewel in the crown of Sicily but it's a nice town to wander around and the restaurants are good and plentiful.
We stayed there specifically to be close to the Aolian Boat tours (which I don't recommend).

The views from the hotel (including Etna) were just fantastic (we booked sea-view). The location was great for ius as it was a short walk to lots of interesting places for us, and the staff were really friendly ( a bit more english would have been helpful but wasn't necessary)

Milazzo is a beautiful coastal city rich in history, culture and architecture. I was there for just two days as the purpose of us staying there was our sail to the Isole Eolie, but I did notice the city offers excellent shopping and all types of dining and nightlife. And the day and nighttime views of the Aeolian sea and mainland Sicily were gorgeous. As Italian/American tourists, I was delighted how friendly the locals were to us on the street and in the stores/restaurants. Be prepared to pay for parking wherever you go though day and night. I would certainly visit this city again.
This is an amazing place. In a more posh location this would cost many times the price. Rooms are huge and elegant. The location at road’s end across from the beach is amazing. The staff is excellent. The restaurant is an extraordinary value: deliciously and elegantly prepared food in a gorgeous setting with waitstaff that is top notch. Do not miss the dinner experience. One pool is set in a garden such as I’ve never seen at a hotel, the other on the roof. I’m an old man, have stayed in many hotels: this is quite a special place.
The location was terrific....five minute walk to restaurants and shops and to the port. We did a boat tour that returned at 11 pm and it was a quick, safe walk back to the hotel when we were very tired! There was a grocery store within walking distance as well. The room was nice and clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was typical Italian breakfast, but many choices were available. The room was quiet at night as well. Overall very nice stay!
Really nice hotel, welcoming & helpful staff, good parking.
Stunning views of the marina area all round to the mountain & Etna in the distance.
Great location for both the lower more modern part of town & a 5 minute walk to the old town on the hill.
Room decor etc modern, comfy, all extras & amenities.
Good selection for breakfast
Don't miss the Castle complex in the old town, nor the walk down to Venus pool at Capo di Milazzo.
Clean rooms, breakfast on the rooftop with a view, easy walk to the port, restaurants, a nice grocery store, a pharmacy and even a self service laundromat.
I am so sorry I can't remember the name of the angel who was managing the hotel, running the front desk and seemingly doing everything at this hotel. My mother wasn't feeling well, you would have thought we were staying at a spa, that's how well she took care of her.
It was a great place to stay for one night before going to the Eolian Islands. The room was big and felt freshly renovated. The bathroom was very modern. Overall it was very clean. Breakfast on the roof terrace was nice - there wasn't such a great view of the water, but it was lovely to be outside. The main promenade in Milazzo (good for walking along at night) was easy to get to as well.
This hotel is a gem. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the bathrooms are updated. The breakfast on the terrace is solid. Dalila (the owner) and Teresa (staff) were very warm and welcoming and made the stay an exceptional experience. The hotel is perfectly located if you are interested in taking a boat to the Aeolian Islands as the port is across the street. I would come back here!
Easy check in and location short walk from the waterfront and beaches. Close to bars and eateries. Very clean comfortable room and kitchen area. The host was very generous in accommodating an early check in
I would recommend and would stay again if I ever pass this way again. Milazzo is beautiful. .
Lovely little hotel in the center of Milazzo. Decorated with taste, with beautiful historic elements.
During my stay of several days, I lived in a double room. Everything was perfect. Breakfasts - very tasty, especially cakes and pastries. The port and bus stops are within a few minutes' walk.
Convenient location to access the ferry/hydrofoil to Eolian islands. Located in a quite neighborhood, although close to the lively port area of Milazzo. Room was spacious and clean, with a balcony that added some extra space and provided a breather (since we were four people in the room)
Margaret's House is a great place to stay in Milazzo. Big clean rooms, safe and secure premises and you can see the ferry port from the room balcony which is great if you are travelling to the Aeolian Islands. The owners are very helpful and kind.
The location couldn't be better, just a couple of minutes from the port where we took the ferry to Aeolian islands. In a few minutes distance one can find very nice restaurants, coffeshops and two supermarkets. Spacious and clean bathroom.
Short walk to everywhere. The beach is across the street. A short walk to the center and the promenade on the other side of Milazzo. A lot of space in apartment. Good washing machine.
Nice new building, still in Sicilian style. Amazing view over Milazzo, Castello, beach and even the Etna. Beautyfull pool and area around with tables and chairs.
Perfect spot for an overnight stay between a visit to the Aeolian Islands and the airport. Lovely, clean, quiet room with a nice bathroom, and friendly host.
