This was our first time visiting La Garda, and we could not have picked a better place to stay. The customer service and staff was great. The facilities was very clean. And the breakfast was truly 10/10 with so much variety and quality food. The staff was consistently attentive any accommodations during our entire few weeks traveling in Italy.
Further, on the day of checkout, we unfortunately left our wallet behind. When we realized, in a panic we called the Resort, and immediately they mobilize to go to the room to look for it for us, they took our loss seriously and made genuine effort to help us. They called us within the hour to inform us they have located it. And because it was a weekend, they needed till weekday to find shipping method so they can send it to us. I was worried they would forget about this and not get back to us, however they did not forget and reached out to let us know they will ship it right away. We are extremely grateful for attentiveness and extremely high level of customer service. Preparing nice room is one thing, but helping us in moment of trouble is above and beyond. Thank you @staff for your kindness to helping us.

A special mention for Israel at the bar: very discreet, creative and skillful. Our friends and us loved our aperitivos there and he also gave us great tips for meals. Well done!

Everything was spotless and breakfast was amazing, they had everything from pancakes to cereals fruit and yoghurt, bacon wurst and eggs, ham cheese and salad, various breads and even a special corner for gluten free.You could have creme caramel or apple strudel for breakfast and the croissants were to die for! Good coffee too. Location was excellent, a short walk from the water and a direct back door into the buzzing old town. Also a short walk to the funicular for the Bastion for a panoramic view. The view from our room was amazing, looking over the beautiful garden and old houses to a glimpse of the lake over the rooftops and the mountains beyond, The heated pool was cool but we managed to get into it. The big hot tub seemed to only have jets one side and was warm. There's a smaller one too we didn't try. Our room was small but every space saving trick had been applied. Many cyclists used the hotel. We explored the lake on the water taxis and the dock was a short walk from here. Perfect.

The view was excellent, we had a lovely room with a balcony. Breakfast was very good lots of choice, we had an evening meal which was lovely and the staff were very good also.
Parc Hotel Flora is set right on the shore of Lake Garda. It is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean Park which gives you direct access to the beach and the private, heated swimming pool.

We had 4 adults in a family suite. One couple had the bedroom and one couple had the sofa bed in the small lounge area. This was very acceptable for one night. It may be a little crowded for a few nights. I slept on the sofa bed and it was very comfortable. There was a small table with some seats, so there was still room to sit as well as the lovely balcony with a great view of the mountain. We did not make use of the kitchen except for the fridge and kettle, but this would be good if staying longer. The included breakfast was very good.
