We liked the people and their helpfulness. We liked that there was a balcony that was big enough for the four of us to have our meal on. We liked the view. We stayed three nights at this hotel on the outskirts of Trapani. It was not difficult to reach by car and has ample parking grounds. The grounds of the hotel and the view are very beautiful. The deco is simple, clean and modern. Ample choices for breakfast which is buffet style in their main restaurant that has a lovely terrace overlooking their garden with an amazing sea view. The hotel staff (waiters, reception and housekeeping) is courteous and discreet. The outside pool area is beautiful and we did make use of the pool even though it was still cold for this time of year. The room layout is adequately pleasant and spacious. They are very well sound-proofed and clean with comfortable bed and pillows. The mini-bar was super silent, the shower was powerful and did not leak onto the bathroom floor - which is a huge plus for me!! The room was tidied every day. The hotel restaurant also serves dinner.
