Location is perfect & with a view out to the marina and lake. Room was a good size & the small double balconies were pleasant to have. The location allows them to charge the rates they do.

The view from our room/balcony was wonderful. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice. All the staff were friendly and efficient . Service at breakfast was very good with the staff serving with a smile. Room was cleaned quickly again with a friendly member of staff.

It was a beautiful location, right next to the harbour and close to the ferry dock. The buffet breakfast was good quality and staff very friendly.

At first, I wanted to rate this place 8 points, but when I tried the food, I added another point. This is exactly why I love Italy. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious, and the service was delightful. The same goes for breakfast, which was simply excellent. The room met our expectations, and the view from the window is stunning. The location is also perfect.
