Everything..this is a very Grand hotel indeed. Frankly didn't know much about it but booked because it was close to the main train station and had so so experiences in other hotels at the same location..for not a huge amount of difference in price all considered....it was not the cheapest for sure but was exceptional value for money when the quality of room and general ambiance was considered....

He arrive as a booking of last minute and we was a big group, at the beginning was hard for the staff to understand what was going on, but they was incredibly helpful and supportive
