The house is very nice, the apartment is clean and spacious with full privacy. Garden is quiet and well kept. There are several groceries nearby just a few minutes away by foot. Some of the most popular beaches are very close, by car only 10 min. Its a good location if you want to visit sites from Palau to Orosei gulf. The owner is very pleasant and willing to help with all you need, they live in the same house in the nearby unit. There is an outside shower in the garden super cool for hot summer days. Parking space available in front of the house. Kitchen is equipped more less with all you need.

The beach was excellent and it’s location in relation to San Theodoro is great if you hire a car.

The bedrooms were spacious & clean & there was plenty of wardrobe space. The pools and surrounding areas were also nice and we especially enjoyed the Adult pool which was a lot quieter,
The hotel is quite remote with nothing really around it but Budoni port is only about a 25 minute walk away and that was worth a visit as it has a couple of nice restaurants,

Distance to beach was like 3 min by foot plus nice restaurant on the beach. Great view to Tavolara island. Very family friendly staff and also ready to help in any case. Small hotel with good atmosphere.

Superb beach, but it was extremely busy (start of August), and if you are not right on the spot, parking may be difficult, leaving a longish walk to the beach - but many people wer doing it. We visited several beaches and this was my favourite. The beach is a fair distance from the harbour area, you would need a car to get from one to the other. Some nice cafes, restaurants and shops in the harbour, and easy parking there.
