It was a surprising brilliant stay. The owner was very friendly and caretaking about everything. You feel very warm welcome and can feel that he puts his heart into it. He was that kind that he even cooked a delicious local dinner for me. A secure parking is available. Surprising well equipped room, everything brand new.
Nice location on a small hill. Would stay here anytime again.

The house is clean and very cosy. The owner left lots of food and coffee/tea for us as breakfast. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. Parking space is just across the street and feels safe.

It was beautiful. The manager was rude and bad mannered. The pool was off limits. They were building and banging at 7.30 am. They helped us with our bags on the way in so reluctantly that we carried our own bags out. The therapist was great although they didn’t have all the options available. The girl behind reception was kind and tried to help with the car which was displaying a low tire pressure sign and the. I had to pay for someone to put air in the tire which was low when I got it.

I have stayed here many times before. The breakfast at Europa was as good as it always is : a fine choice and plenty of it. Savoury as well as the obligatory sweet Italian start to the day. The room is also great - it has everything you could need. This time I used the eCar charging equipment. You need a voucher and a code from the reception, and then the mid-range charge happens effortlessly (4 hours to full). The staff are absolutely charming : they loved my dog (an old friend!) and they are very professional and friendly. The desk is manned 24 hours a day - an advantage if you have to leave early.
Set in Rende centre, Hotel Majorana is near the University of Calabria and next to the Rende-Cosenza Nord exit of the A3 motorway. It offers free parking and air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi.
