Wonderful place in a lovely landscape, very silent. Super friendly landlords that love to host guests. We had to leave at 6am because we were traveling on a bicycle. They prepared breakfast for us at 5.45am, very very kind!

The villa is lovingly decorated and very large and the view of the mountains is incredibly beautiful! The area is typically Italian and not as crowded with tourists as in most coastal towns. The town of Spoleto near the villa is definitely worth a visit, there are small cafes and bars with fair prices and tasty food/drinks and many beautiful old buildings to consider. The owner of the villa were very nice and have always helped us with concerns and questions and have always explored whether we need something. Also the housekeeper was totally nice and attentive. All in all we had a wonderful stay and can recommend this villa from the heart.

This charming former convent is set in the medieval village of Sant'Anatolia Di Narco on the bank of the River Nera, in the heart of the Valnerina Valley.

It is a very elegant historical building renovated to a high standard. It was very clean and had windows that let in a lot of light. There was a view and there is a bar and restaurant within metres.

We were walking the Via di Francesco. Had to find a way to get from Ceselli to this property, which was tricky. In the end the proprietors offered up the transportation to and from but we had to pay for it.

In the historic town of Spoleto, San Luca is a charming, family-run hotel set in the grounds of a former convent. Breakfast and drinks are served in the floral courtyard.

The hotel was staffed by very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean. Wonderful courtyard to have a drink and breakfast was good although biased a bit to sweets! Not really a problem. Thought that the location was easy to access but you did need to walk a bit to get to the historical center - about 15 minutes - uphill. However, this is a great place to stay if you arrive by car as easy to access and they have on site parking.
