It was very nice, cozy hotel. Breakfast was delicious, dinner was spectacular.

Wonderful place to go and be pampered. The staff is fantastic, from the front desk to barman Guido, Veronica who showed us the winery, Alfonso the maitre and the restaurant staff, all went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable.
The food in the restaurant is excellent.
The building is stunning and the grounds very well kept. Furnishings are sustainable and robust, all wood, stone etc and no plastic. Everything used once is re-used.

We really enjoyed our stay at Serravalle Golf hotel.
The staff were so kind and nice- our flight was delayed and we arrived very late in the night. We tried to find some working gas station to get something to eat but nothing was working. The lady at the reception made us a package with some snacks.
The other day they borrowed us umbrella and gave us a discount card for the outlet.
They also tried to help us with an issue we had with the self service gas station where we put money but couldn’t refill the car.
We were amused by the golf ball soap in the room, it was so sweet and we think that small details are the key.
The breakfast was really good, with a nice coffee which is a rare thing in hotels.
Residenza Novi is located in Novi Ligure. The 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom and free WiFi. At the hotel, every room comes with a desk.

Such a clean and beautiful apartment. It was the perfect gate away from the Christmas shopping.
Additionally we loved the breakfast at the cozy and Authentic Lasagna.
Very organized in the sense that since we did everything electronically, we didn’t have to wait too much at the reception during check in. You get a passcode and you can immediately enter the room.
