The pizza restaurant recommended by Luca was fantastic, much better than any restaurant we tried in Venice. The flat was very nice and clean, we did not miss anything. The beds were really comfortable, and it was nice to have an aircon. Luca sent a lot of useful information in advance. It was great to retire to this flat aftet crowded Venice. She even gave us a lift to and from the train station every day! (otherwise a 20-25 minutes walk from the house) Spinea is a quiet and cozy town, albeit outside Venice metropolitan area. The room was in perfect order, clean and tidy. The breakfast was sufficient and the breakfast hours were generous.Mircea AlexandruRomania

Really comfortable, immaculately presented rooms and bathrooms and a lovely buffet breakfast. Free off street parking and just a short drive to cheap parking for the island and there is a train station close by. Very, very difficult to fault.

They helped us with many helpful tips and a private parking place. Ideal for experience Venetia or Padova via train starting from Spinea. Be aware that the apartment has no separate living room.
