While traversing Italy, we sought a one-night lodging option, and this establishment proved ideal for our needs. Its proximity to the highway, onsite restaurant, inclusive breakfast, picturesque vistas, clean room, and hospitable staff made it an excellent choice. The staff is extra polite and caring, I was in Umbria for a conference and had some difficulties with commuting, so the host gave me a ride more than once. The property was extremely clean, and the breakfast was excellent (the homemade cakes were just delicious).

The complex is located in a secluded and quiet area. There is a pool. During our stay in the off-season, the pool was closed and so was the restaurant on site. Beautiful and well-equipped rooms. Restaurants about twenty minutes away by car. Continental breakfast.
