Very clean rooms in a nice street in Rome. It was very nice to get a complimentary bottle of water as well. The common areas are pretty and it’s about 25 min walking to the Colosseum and is also near a metro.
The rooms are updated and just a bit more traditional and bathroom a bit tired. There is working air conditioning as well. I had no issues with noises as was stated in other comments but I only stayed one night. The area outside was quiet in my opinion. Staff were very friendly.
Checkin was very easy though whatsapp and the staff respond very quickly.

I stayed in a single room, staffs were so kind. Also, the hotel's location is not so safe, the hotel is very close to Termini area, and everybody said be ''be careful''. On the other hand, specially, the hotel's garden is very cool to spend little free time, and a coffee is free for the customer.

Cozy room. Wonderful view from the window, quiet street, with a shopping center and grocery stores nearby. The room is cozy, clean, and very tidy. There is a park nearby. The service is very pleasant; I was well received and allowed to leave my luggage before check-in.
