Very easy to park in a very well upkept picturesque building, in very quiet small country town right under the Sagra di San Michele, rooms are quiet and the "right size", breakfast is Italian so "don't expect too much" (which I wasn't so was OK), it's actually managed by a social association which produces honey (it's sold also on the spot if you wish) and has other professional activities, was a very good surprise.
Featuring a garden, Pera Rionda is set in a peaceful area 2 km outside Caprie. The property offers free ski storage and free Wi-Fi access throughout.

The host was super helpful. We arrived early in the day because we were going to walk up to the Sacra Di San Michele. They were able to advise us where to park for free, and where to pick up the path to the monastery, so near our stay. Their English was excellent and they were very friendly. It was very easy to check in and they gave us some dinner recommendations. The pizzeria we went to was excellent. The accommodation was really good, very cosy but everything you needed and well thought out. I had booked the small room but it was much nicer than I expected. I requested an early breakfast because we needed to get to the airport, and this arrived at the time arranged, and was fantastic. Beautifully presented with hot cappuccinos, all arriving at our door on a tray. I sent all my friends and family photos of the tray as it was perfect. On a sunny day it would have been lovely to sit out on the veranda.
